With expertise in the field for over 25 years, Rabbi Zirkind has been providing Kosher Certification for CCK, and is well recognized and affiliated with other major kosher certifications. CCK has set the bar for the highest standards of Kosher certification.

Cook Flavoring Company is certified organic by the California Certified Organic Farmers, or CCOF. Our organic products have undergone careful inspections to ensure that the strict USDA NOP guidelines are followed. The following are products that Cook Flavoring Company provides for our environmentally conscience customers: Organic Maple Extract, Organic Almond Extract, Organic Pure Bourbon Vanilla Extract, Organic Lemon Extract, Organic Orange Extract, and Organic Pure Vanilla Powder.
Certified organic food in the United States is grown according to standards set by the National Organic Program. According to those standards, organic food is produced without the use of conventional pesticides, fertilizers made with synthetic ingredients or sewage sludge, bio-engineering, or ionizing radiation. Organic food is produced by farmers who emphasize the use of renewable resources and the conservation of soil and water to enhance environmental quality for future generations (USDA).

We only use pure and simple raw ingredients, which have not been processed in such a way to modify their proteins or DNA, in all our extracts, powders, and flavorings. In our own manufacturing, we do not subject our products to any process which would cause genetic modification.
