Cook’s Cookie Vanilla extract combines the finest hand selected, late harvest vanilla beans with our commitment to making the very best vanilla possible. It is these natural and human factors in our vanilla making process which define the quality of a fine vanilla, resulting in the distinct style of Cook’s vanilla.
Each vanilla bean used in this extract is hand-picked during the late harvest. It is only during this harvest that the vanilla bean has reached optimum and full maturity. The beans are again hand sorted at our factory. Gently placed in percolators, an alcohol-water mixture is continuously circulated through the beans at a cool temperature extracting the maximum natural aroma and flavor, a process which takes 10-14 days. We then age the vanilla for clarity and further refinement of the flavor. The result? A Vanilla as rich, complex, and intense in flavor and aroma as our traditional pure vanilla extract, but with subtle, strengths and nuances that make for truly outstanding cookies.

The cookie vanilla is remarkable. I have used my same chocolate chip cookie recipie with mexican vanilla when I am out of the cookie vanilla and we all notice the difference in the flavor. I try hard to keep the cookie vanilla on hand for all my cookies.

Favorite vanilla of a fanatic

I double this rich, deep, complex vanilla every time I use it. I once dated a woman who wore vanilla instead of perfume, so I have especially strong feelings for vanilla's warm complexity. Perhaps if she'd been using this cookie vanilla we'd have lasted longer. Wonderful vanilla- I've never found better, though I found lasting love elsewhere.

Absolutely Fabulous Vanilla for Cookies

I have used this vanilla in all my baking goodies. It gives the baked item an unusual and distinct flavor. Everytime I made my chocolate chip cookies, I always had empty containers. If you want people to crave your cookies, just use this vanilla, and you'll find yourself baking 24/7.

Best vanilla company ever

I have been using cooks vanilla flavoring for years and they are the
best tasting vanilla ever from the cookie vanilla to the south pacific vanilla it makes all my desserts taste great!! I will never buy vanilla from a grocery store ever again. Reputable company helpful staff always friendly and my order has always come well protected and packaged nicely nothing has ever broken thanks cooks flavoring keep up the good work!!!!

I've always baked tasty cookies. In fact, my husband claims to have sparked an interest in my cookies before he really noticed me. (sigh) But he's happier than ever now that I use your Cookie Vanilla. Its aroma is superb and the flavor is matchless. Unbelievable stuff -- don't ever change your formula!

I have been using Cook's vanilla, cookie and regular, for almost 20 years. I used to live just down from their admin office in Tacoma, WA and could get in the grocery stores there. I moved back home to MI and now I have to order it. It is far superior to any other vanilla extract I have tried. I tried others which I ordered and some that I bought in Williams Sonoma. They do not even come close to this vanilla extract. I don't waste my money now. I just buy the best.

Not just for cookies!!

I just used my Cookie Vanilla to make whipped cream with, and it was AWESOME!! Best whipped cream I have ever had - 1 pint whipping cream, 1/3 cup sugar, and a tsp. of Cookie Vanilla. You won't be topping your dessert, it will BE your dessert!! Heavenly :0)

Cook's Cookie Vanilla

I have used this product for years and I use it in all my desserts. You can really taste it in my goodies that I make. I love this product as well as The Vanilla powder. I have never been dissapointed in any product from this company. I love it all.
