Maple Syrup, Anyone?, Feb 26, 2008
Reviewer: Carol Rygh of Brea, CA
Our family loves pancakes on Saturdays. I'd always made syrup with brown sugar and vanilla, but when I tried adding a few drops of this maple flavor - Wow! The kids now prefer "homemade" syrup to real maple syrup. And.... banana muffins taste much better, as do apple pies and blonde brownies.

Good Flavor, Feb 15, 2009
Reviewer: John of Oregon
This made a nice pancake syrup, as an alternative to Maplene artificial flavoring. I used 1 teaspoon of Cook's Maple extract to 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water. Dissolve the sugar in boiling water, let cool a bit, then add the maple extract. This is really a superior pancake syrup compared to any grocery store brand since those are all made with cheaper corn sweetener, which is inferior to cane sugar for most every application. Add a touch of vanilla extract for an even smoother taste.

FANTASTIC!, Nov 24, 2008
Reviewer: Bob Joles of Studio City, CA
The order was shipped quickly. Your Maple Flavor has been used in several of my company's recipes already to great acclaim. Our French Toast cupcakes and Maple Buttercream frosting have never tasted as good as they do now. I won't be using any other Maple flavoring but Cook's from now on. It's simply the best there is... period! Thank you.
