I just received my first order from Cooks and am delighted with the products I received, especially the chocolate extract. Now I can add chocolate flavoring to icings that I don't want to be brown. This is GREAT! I can't wait to try some of the recipes using this product.

Pure Chocolate Extract

I use this product in all my chocolate baked goods, as well as in my cake fillings. It makes my cakes have a richer fuller chocolate taste. I would highly recommend this.

Can't beat the price and quality of Cook's chocolate extract. I have tested many other brands of extracts and have decided on Cook's Chocolate in my manufacturing business.

Great alternative

This is a really unique product. You get the flavor of chocolate without having the color of coaco. It makes a great chocolate butter cream.

Chocolate for anything

I Cook's Chocolate extract in soda pop making, cooking, and believe it or not, Port making. It's a very well balanced flavor.
