Wonderful

Purchased The Pure Maple Extract. Couldn't have been simpler. It was exactly what I wanted and it was reasonably priced. The shipping was also perfect. Cook's is the best.

Greatest maple flavor ever!
By: Eric | March 25, 2011
I use Cook's maple extract to make syrup at home. (Anyone else grow up on maplene?) Cook's makes the best syrup! I use 1 c water, 2 c sugar, and Cook's to taste (about 2 t). Fantastic!!

Should be given the "WOW" factor
By: Bill Lambert | January 19, 2012
Nothing beats a quality flavor better than a "better"
quality flavor. Yours does just that........

Enjoying New England in Florida
By: William Lambert | January 19, 2012
The aroma, by itself, has a stronger flavor than
the taste of other so-called "pure" extracts I'm
having to buy down here

Maple Flavoring
By: Jo Lucas | November 10, 2011
I purchased the pure maple flavoring as a gift for friends who live in Portugal. They are now able to make their own syrup for their homemade pancakes for themselves and friends.

Maple Syrup, Anyone?
By: Carol Rygh | February 26, 2008
Our family loves pancakes on Saturdays. I'd always made syrup with brown sugar and vanilla, but when I tried adding a few drops of this maple flavor - Wow! The kids now prefer "homemade" syrup to real maple syrup. And.... banana muffins taste much better, as do apple pies and blonde brownies.

Good Flavor
By: John | February 15, 2009
This made a nice pancake syrup, as an alternative to Maplene artificial flavoring. I used 1 teaspoon of Cook's Maple extract to 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water. Dissolve the sugar in boiling water, let cool a bit, then add the maple extract. This is really a superior pancake syrup compared to any grocery store brand since those are all made with cheaper corn sweetener, which is inferior to cane sugar for most every application. Add a touch of vanilla extract for an even smoother taste.

FANTASTIC!
By: Bob Joles | November 24, 2008
The order was shipped quickly. Your Maple Flavor has been used in several of my company's recipes already to great acclaim. Our French Toast cupcakes and Maple Buttercream frosting have never tasted as good as they do now. I won't be using any other Maple flavoring but Cook's from now on. It's simply the best there is... period! Thank you.
