Pure Vanilla Purée
An infusion of a vanilla extract and finely ground vanilla beans in a highly viscous carrier made of an aqueous suspension of natural gum. This hand crafted vanilla paste will add an elegant appearance as well as extraordinary flavor to your cuisine. Perfect in gelato, whipped cream, crème brûlée and other culinary confections where the flavor and appearance of a vanilla bean is desired. One teaspoon of puree is equivalent to one teaspoon of vanilla extract or 1-1/2 inches of a vanilla pod.
Ingredients: pure Bourbon vanilla extract, sugar, vanilla beans, gum tragacanth, caramel color, and water.

This vanilla paste is my secret weapon! It lends the very best flavor to everything you put vanilla into! The other nice thing is that it adds a touch of class with the vanilla bean flecks. I used to get this product elsewhere, but I buy it now from Cook's. The price is very good, especially if you get a friend or two to buy also and then you don't pay shipping. I HIGHLY recomment this vanilla. Can't say enough good about it! I have also used the Cookie Vanilla, and their almond extract and they are very nice as well.

Normally... I am not a fan of food that's labeled it's made with vanilla bean. They often have a bitter edge, to them for me... but I love making recipes with your Pure Vanilla Bean Puree (Paste).
The flavor is always spot on perfect, never bitter... and when added, it makes the best cream pies.
Not to forget, now... since I have it on hand and it's pre-made (with no mess)... it can't get any easier to use!

I purchased this for the first time at the cleveland,ohio food expo and i just love it i also purchased the powder vanilla and find a lot of uses for this even using it like powdered sugar to sprinkle on thing it's great

THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT ESPECIALLY ON ICE CREAM OR FROZEN YOGURT. MAKES A GREAT DIPPING SAUCE FOR FRUITS TOO.

I do a lot of baking and this Vanilla Puree is the best stuff going. The vanilla taste it provides the better than anyother product I have ever used. I love it!

Wouldn't use any other Vanilla

I give out my recipes, but get complaints that "Mine didn't taste as good as yours". I am convinced that little touches like using Vanilla Paste from Cooks makes all the difference in the world.
