Wonderful stuff! I live in Argentina and there is no maple syrup down here. This is a life saver on cold winter mornings when the pancakes are calling.
The flavor was very good; however, the strength was very weak compared to what I have always used in the past (McCormick). I had to use 2 teaspoons of Cook's compared to 1/2 teaspoon of McCormick's.
For the first time ever, my Lemon, Oatmeal, Wheat Germ, Maple Sugar cookies with a Maple Glaze were thought to be Artisan Bakery Bought, and Home Made because of their delightful texture and subtle maple taste. What a great set of products you provide to us who enjoy down-home baking. Thank You!
We own an ice cream shop in NH and at the end of every season, we make maple soft serve from a vanilla base. We add pure maple syrup and an ounce of maple extract. Cook's Maple Extract does the trick. Thank you for a wonderful product.
I've tried others and this is the best, highest concetration of flavor of any. It's great.
The order was shipped quickly. Your Maple Flavor has been used in several of my company's recipes already to great acclaim. Our French Toast cupcakes and Maple Buttercream frosting have never tasted as good as they do now. I won't be using any other Maple flavoring but Cook's from now on. It's simply the best there is... period! Thank you.
Our family loves pancakes on Saturdays. I'd always made syrup with brown sugar and vanilla, but when I tried adding a few drops of this maple flavor - Wow! The kids now prefer "homemade" syrup to real maple syrup. And.... banana muffins taste much better, as do apple pies and blonde brownies.
This made a nice pancake syrup, as an alternative to Maplene artificial flavoring. I used 1 teaspoon of Cook's Maple extract to 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water. Dissolve the sugar in boiling water, let cool a bit, then add the maple extract. This is really a superior pancake syrup compared to any grocery store brand since those are all made with cheaper corn sweetener, which is inferior to cane sugar for most every application. Add a touch of vanilla extract for an even smoother taste.
