Vanilla Salt
Ingredients
- 1 Used Cook's Gourmet Tahitian Vanilla Bean Or 1 Used Cook's Gourmet Madagascar Vanilla Bean
- 1/2 Cup Sea Salt
Directions
- Rinse the vanilla bean pod. Dry it thoroughly. Roll the pod in a paper towel and let it dry out until it is completely bone dry.
- Place the pod and the sea salt in a food processor and pulse about 10 times or to your desired coarseness.
- Use the salt in a salt shaker and use on any dish you please. Or substitute vanilla salt for regular salt in any baking recipe.
