Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (optional)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbls. Cook's Pure Strawberry Extract
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 2 tsp. Cook's Choice Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Mash the strawberries, then mix with Cook's Pure Strawberry Extract and sugar
- Let mixture stand at room temperature for about one hour, then mix with remaining ingredients
- Pour into a bowl and put in the refrigerator until thoroughly chilled, (one to two hours)
- Churn-freeze
- Makes 1 quart
