Chocolate Cinnamon Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 cups condensed milk
- 4 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbs. Cook's Choice Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Cook's Pure Cinnamon Extract
Directions
- Melt chocolate in top of double boiler
- Stir condensed milk into the melted chocolate and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes
- Cool
- Stir light cream into chocolate mixture
- Mixing well, add water,Cook's Choice Pure Vanilla Extract, ground cinnamon, and Cook's Pure Cinnamon Extract
- Churn-freeze
- Makes 1/2 gallon
