Directions

  1. Thoroughly mix sugar, eggs, cornstarch, and salt
  2. Whisk into warm milk and cook over low heat until thick and lumpy
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Beat with mixer until smooth
  5. Stir in Cook’s Choice Pure Vanilla Extract; pour into pie shell and refrigerate

For variations, follow the above recipe and add one or more of the following:

1 tsp. Cook’s Pure Chocolate Extract

1 tsp. Cook’s Pure Lemon Extract

1 tsp. Cook’s Pure Lime Extract
