Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
24 Oz Fresh Cranberries
3.25 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Water
Grated zest and juice of 1 Lemon
Directions
- In a large pot, add all of the ingredients and then bring the after to a boil.
- Boil the mixture for about 15 minutes or until the cranberries are spit and the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate covered for at least 2 hours or up to 2 weeks.
