Homemade Root Beer
1 1/2 Cups Water
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Tsp Cook’s Root Beer Extract
1 Quart Sparkling Water, Chilled
- In a medium saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove pan from heat and stir in Root Beer Extract. Refrigerate until needed.
- When ready to serve, add root beer sugar syrup to chilled sparkling water.
