Homemade Root Beer

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Water

3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar

2 Tsp Cook’s Root Beer Extract

1 Quart Sparkling Water, Chilled

Directions
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove pan from heat and stir in Root Beer Extract. Refrigerate until needed.
  3. When ready to serve, add root beer sugar syrup to chilled sparkling water.
