Spooky S’mores Dip


24 Ounces Mini Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

3/4 Cup Heavy Cream

1 Tbsp Cook’s Pure Chocolate Extract

Jumbo Marshmallows (1-2 bags)

Graham Crackers


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the cream to a simmer. Pour in chocolate chips, reserving 2 Tbsp for the ghost faces, and chocolate extract. Cover the saucepan and set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk together the chocolate and cream until it is smooth, and transfer to a 9″ x 9″ baking dish. Cover the chocolate with marshmallows.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
  5. Place reserved mini chocolate chips on marshmallows to make spooky faces. Let sit for 5 minutes and then, using a toothpick or knife, gently bring together individual chips to make faces more recognizable.
  6. Serve warm with graham crackers.
