Vanilla Compound Butter


1/2 cup butter, softened

vanilla bean, seeds scraped

pinch of sea salt


In a bowl, stir together the butter, vanilla seeds, and salt.

Place the butter in the center of a piece of parchment paper and roll it up to form a log. Twist the sides up and refrigerate until ready to use.
