Fall flavors

We have some truly delicious fall flavorings to indulge in!

Fall is such a wonderful time of year! It is particularly a wonderful time to reinvigorate your baking. From pies, cakes, and cookies to lattes, donuts, and muffins, we have everything you need to make something delectable for your friends and family! At Cook Flavoring Company, we offer some really delicious fall flavors to explore. Here's a list of our top recommendations along with some ideas for recipes!

  1. Vanilla, vanilla, and more vanilla! No pantry is complete without an ample bottle of Pure Vanilla Extract. Whether you are baking pies, pumpkin bread, layered cakes, or cookies, you must add a healthy tablespoon of vanilla! It is also a must-have for flavored lattes, apple cider, and hot chocolate. I recommend you try our Choice Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract and our Cookie Tahitian Pure Vanilla Extract. Our Choice Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract is the ideal vanilla for every application. It offers a complex, sweet, and strong vanilla flavor that will enhance all of the other flavors in whatever you're making. Our Cookie Pure Tahitian Blend Vanilla Extract is a wonderful addition to your pantry as a stand-out vanilla flavor. In the fall, Tahitian vanilla pairs particularly well with pumpkin desserts!Pure Tahitian Vanilla Extract, Cook's Cookie
  2. Buttery Maple. Maple is a classic fall flavor. Our Pure Maple Extract is perfect to intensify recipes that call for maple syrup. We recommend that you use 1-2 teaspoons per batch. Some ideas for using maple extract are buttery maple cookies, maple-glazed donuts, maple and brown sugar ice cream, and maple coffee cake. Pure Maple Extract
  3. Pumpkin Spice. What autumnal baking plan is complete without pumpkin spice? Our Pumpkin Spice Flavor combines classic pumpkin pie spices for a delicious extract that is very versatile. Of course, you can use this to make pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, pumpkin cheesecake, and pumpkin lattes. You can also try this in a chai cake or spiced cookies. You cannot go wrong adding one sp of this flavor to any recipe that calls for nutmeg, cinnamon, or cloves. Natural Pumpkin Spice Flavoring
  4. Cinnamon. Apple pies, coffee cakes, snickerdoodle cookies, cinnamon rolls, and Mexican hot chocolate- Pure Cinnamon Extract enhances all of these treats. A little goes a long way with this flavor, so start with half a teaspoon per batch!Pure Cinnamon Extract
  5. Cranberry. Our Pure Cranberry Extract is one of my favorites. Of course, you can use it to boost your homemade cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving dinner or in a delicious cranberry pie, but I love to use this extract in cocktails. Try making a cranberry bourbon smash or a cranberry gin mule by adding a few drops of pure cranberry extract to your glass.
