Baked Peaches in Caramel Sauce

Servings: 8 Prep: 15 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour


8 Peaches, Sliced

1 Cup Brown Sugar

1 Cup White Sugar

1/2 Cup Butter

2 Teaspoons Peach Flavor

2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract

3 Tablespoons Golden Rum

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place peaches in a 3-quart casserole dish.
  3. Add the sugars, butter, extracts, and rum to the peaches and toss.
  4. Bake the peaches for 1 hour or until the peaches are completely tender.


For a thicker caramel sauce, remove some of the cooking liquid with a large spoon and put it into a saucepan. Cook the liquid down over high heat for 10 minutes or until the liquid is a syrup consistency. Do not stir.

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!
