Blackberry Buttercream

Ingredients

1 Cup Blackberry Jam

1 Cup Unsalted Butter, Softened

4 Cups Powdered Sugar

1 Tsp Pure Blackberry Extract

Directions
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream the butter and then add half of the powdered sugar on low speed. Add the remaining powdered sugar and finally the blackberry jam. Makes enough frosting for a 9" three layer cake. Refrigerate until used or withing two days.
