Cranberry Sauce

Servings: 10-12 Prep: 30 Minutes Cook Time: 15 Minutes


24 Oz Fresh Cranberries

3.25 Cup Sugar

2 Cups Water

Grated zest and juice of 1 Lemon

2 Tsp Cook's Pure Orange Extract

  1. In a large pot, add all of the ingredients and then bring the after to a boil.
  2. Boil the mixture for about 15 minutes or until the cranberries are spit and the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat.
  3. Let cool to room temperature.
  4. Refrigerate covered for at least 2 hours or up to 2 weeks.
