English Toffee and Pretzel Cookies

1.25 Cups Flour

1 Tsp baking Soda

1/4 Tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Butter

1/3 Cup Sugar

1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar

1 Egg

1 Tsp Cook's Pure Vanilla Extract

2 Tsp Cook's English Toffee Flavor

1 Cup Pretzels, crushed

1 Cup White Chocolate Wafers

1 Cup Heath Bar Pieces

  1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set Aside.
  3. In the bowl of a mixer, beat together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg in, scraping the bowl after the addition.
  5. Add in the extracts and mix.
  6. Mix in the white chocolate, pretzels, and Heath bar pieces into the batter.
  7. Finally, add in the flour mixture and mix by hand until just combined.
  8. Roll dough into 1.5-inch balls and place them on a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake cookies for 8-12 minutes. Let cool and store in an air-tight container.
