Pumpkin Pie

Servings: 10-12 Prep: 10 minutes Cook Time: 30-40 minutes


20 Oz Pureed Pumpkin

12 oz Evaporated Milk

1/3 Cup Whole Milk

3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar

2 Eggs

1/2 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger

1/2 Tsp Ground Cloves

1 Tsp Cook's Pumpkin Spice Flavoring

1 Tbsp Cook's Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract

1 9" Unbaked Pie Shell

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, sugar, salt, evaporated milk, whole milk, ground spices, and extracts.
  3. Add the eggs into the mixture, one at a time making sure the eggs are fully incorporated into the filling mixture.
  4. Pour the filling into a 9" unbaked pie crust and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the center is fully set and a knife comes out clean from the center.
  5. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours.
