Papua New Guinea Vanilla is Amazing!

This vanilla is truly unique. I have all of the Single Origin vanillas that Cook's offers. They are all wonderful. But Papua New Guinea is different from all of them. I do recipe development in my in-home dedicated pastry kitchen. Experimenting with different vanilla extracts to enhance flavor profiles is a part of the fun. Cook's Cookie Vanilla has been my go-to for cookies forever. Discovering the single origin vanillas they offer has opened new doors. Papua New Guinea is a remarkable addition to a chocolate cake or a vanilla cake. The aroma and the taste are very different from the Madagascar and Tahitian vanillas long available in the marketplace. Try it. Smell the difference by comparing it to your other vanillas. The taste lives up to the smell. So good!
