Please also note free shipping does not apply to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Free shipping also only applies to packages that weigh less that 15 pounds. For packages above 15 lbs and above 40 lbs , we charge a flat shipping fee. We apologize if this is an inconvenience. Please Contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. You may use the pull down tab in shipping options to decipher your cheapest method of shipping before placing your order.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Cook Flavoring Company is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. The packages delivered by USPS, UPS, or DHL are confirmed by the deliverer with a tracking number scan, once package is scanned and left it is no longer the carrier or Cook Flavoring Companies’ responsibility.
If your package is damaged please contact us via e-mail or phone to receive instruction on how to proceed.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Cook Flavoring Company sells food items. As such, by FDA guidelines and regulations, we can only return unopened items in their original packaging. Your item must be in its original unused condition, within 10 days of purchase, we do not refund or pay for the freight back to our facility.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org, with “Need to Return an Item” in the subject line to request information on returning a product.
- Once you have spoken with a representative you may mail your returned item to:

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original receipt.
Most items cannot be returned if they are opened. Being that these are food products, we cannot except already opened or used product back into our facility, unless authorized by a representative of Cook Flavoring Company.
Any shipping costs for the return of an item is the responsibility of the customer. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
You may be able to exchange an unopened item, but only after receiving permission from a representative of Cook Flavoring Company.
