Homemade Maple Syrup

Ingredients

1 Cup White Sugar

1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed

1 Cup Water

2 Tbsp Pure Maple Extract

Directions

In a medium saucepan, heat the sugar and water on high until the sugar is dissolves and the mixture reaches boiling. Boil until the mixture is a syrup consistency, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the maple extract.
